Oakwood Townes

Nestled in between historic Mordecai and Oakwood neighborhoods in downtown Raleigh this 19 unit townhome project delivers a unique blend of modern and historic elements to an already bustling side of Raleigh. Trinity Park Townhomes

A 20 unit townhome project located in the Durham’s historic Trinity Park neighborhood that is nestled between downtown and Duke’s historic East Campus. Another partnership with Elmwood Development helped this project come to life. Rendering courtesy Architecture Firm.
Trophy Five Points
2025 - In Progress
Continuing the energy from Morgan Street in downtown Raleigh the Trophy Brewing teamed up for another adaptive reuse project in the heart of Raleigh’s historic Five Points neighborhood. The 21,000 square foot former electric supply warehouse will now house a full service kitchen, open public dining room and bar as well as a private dining area for special events. The Bend
2024
Situated on West Morgan street, The Bend Bar and SOB (State of Beer) have enlivened Raleigh’s newest district. 3 one hundred year old homes were renovated and connected with an outdoor patio to create a historic yet modern experience that sit in the middle of the new Morgan West District.
Young Hearts Distilling Co.
2021
It started with a beer bar The Busy Bee Cafe and rooftop bar The Hive, and then transformed into Young Hearts Distillery. The signature restaurant grew into a downtown Raleigh staple as well as a premier event space and downtown’s first ever distillery.
Brookside Plaza
2021
Located in the Oakwood / Mordecai neighborhood, Brookside Plaza is full of local concepts such as The Optimist Coffee Shop, Big Cat, The Nut Barbershop, and Curious Goods. We were thrilled to partner with Loden Properties on this project.
801 W Morgan
2021
Originally constructed in 1930 and occupied by Grady’s Grocery, 801 West Morgan sits in the up and coming Morgan West District next to Trophy Brewing Co. and the newly developed Bloc 83 which features Class A retail and office space.

Two of Raleigh’s oldest warehouse buildings located @ 811 West Hargett + 819 West Morgan Streets.
Irregardless Cafe
2020
One of Raleigh’s longest standing restaurants and the first to serve Sunday brunch and vegetarian fare, Irregardless is a great place to have a meal and check out some music. With live music every single night, and fantastic weekend brunch, you really can’t miss here. We were excited to partner with Lee Robinson, former manager of Player’s Retreat, owns and operates the business.
Trophy Pizza
2020
We’ve been lucky to partner with the Trophy Brewing team on four projects. What began with The Busy Bee Cafe and a rooftop bar The Hive led to a second location, Trophy Pizza has expanded and grew their space on Morgan Street. State of Beer
2020/2014

Trophy Production Facility
2015
